Visit Bal Swan Children’s Center in Broomfield and you will witness the power of love and compassion first hand. Each year, more than 100 preschool children with physical and developmental challenges or speech/language delays find themselves playing and learning alongside “typically developing” children.

We serve more than 520 students annually. The center has served more than 9,100 children and their families since its inception as a non-profit organization 50 years ago.
$3,672.78 would cover the shortfall for a child with disabilities to receive warm water pool, physical, speech and occupational therapies along with preschool programming for a full school year.
37% of our annual budget needs to be raised to cover the deficit between what we are paid for services and our actual costs for these services. This year alone we need to fundraise more than $737,000. |
